Please join us on Saturday January 12 at 10:30 AM for our first Nutrition Seminar.
We all know that a healthy way of eating, and lifestyle is key for a healthy and enjoyable life. What we eat can cause or prevent disease. Healthy eating can spur weight-loss, reduce risk of cancers, manage diabetes, increase heart health, build strong bones and teeth, and produce better mood and memory.
The seminar will discuss principles of what, when and how to eat, as well as other important principles for a healthy life such as exercise and sleep.
Our goal is to teach you how to reset your bodies and increase your fitness, giving you a jumpstart to help you reach your goals.
The seminar will set the recommendations and guidelines for the Nutrition Challenge that will start on Monday, January 21.
The Nutrition Challenge is six-weeks long in which you receive daily points for following the guidelines discussed in the seminar.
From January 12 through January 19, is “weigh-in” week. We will capture your weight, body fat, BMI, and four body measurements: chest, waist, hips and thighs.
A combination of total points from following the guidelines, plus results from your post-challenge measurements will determine the winner.
This Nutrition Seminar is free and open to your friends and families. There is a $20 buy in for the Nutrition Challenge.
