At Bear Cut Fitness, our goal is to deliver effective, efficient, and fun fitness to the Key Biscayne community. We design programs to help athletes achieve their fitness goals inside and outside the gym. As a part of Bear Cut Fitness , athletes are guided, motivated, and coached through unique and structured workouts.

Fitness programs and routines can be found anywhere, but Bear Cut Fitness steps it up a notch through expert training, camaraderie between members and creating a fitness community that is unmatched at other gyms. We strive to help you reach YOUR potential, at every level, from beginner to competitor. Our trainers encourage members to push themselves, but also ensure that they’re using proper form to maximize their training while being safe. Be prepared to work hard, make friends and change from the inside out. In addition to the best training program on the island, what separates Bear Cut Fitness apart, is the community and camaraderie, we host seminars and events with our family of bears, our “sleuth” (No, we aren’t detectives, a sleuth is a group of bears) to mud runs, beach wods, holiday parties, social gatherings, sporting and fitness events. Whether you are a mama bear, a grizzly or a bear cub you’ll feel at home at Bear Cut Fitness.
