We schedule hour classes, but we don’t workout for an hour straight. A typical class will start with 10-15 minutes of warm-up. Occasionally, after the warm up there will be some type of skill work or strength work, which may take 10-15 minutes. Then, there is three to five minutes of instruction on the workout or “WOD” we are about to perform, then the actual workout(s) itself. The WOD(s) may be as short as five minutes or as long as 45 minutes, every day is different.
